Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of parenting and child position on family attachment to the independence of children in the Palangka Raya sun group TK B group Jekan Raya sub-district, Palangkaraya city. The approach of this research uses quantitative with expalatory method, namely causation. The population of this study amounted to 118 with proportional sampling techniques with a sample of 92 people. The research instrument used a questionnaire, data analysis using regression analysis and path analysis. The results showed that path analysis showed that the results of the level of contribution from the path analysis from the direct relationship of parenting through family attachment to independence was found to be the level of the indirect relationship is 0.247 x 0.928 = 0.229, the indirect relationship is a positive indirect relationship of parenting old through family attachment to independence is 0.229. This means that there is an indirect relationship between parenting through family attachment to independence in the Palangka Raya sun group TK B group, Jekan Raya sub-district, Palangkaraya city. The results of r square analysis show that 0.875 = 87.5% gives the effect of family attachment to children's independence. The results of the path analysis from the direct relationship of parenting through family attachment to independence with Standardized Coefficients beta amounted to 0.304 and 0.929, it can be seen the level of indirect relationship is 0.304 x 0.929 = 0.229 then the indirect relationship is a positive indirect relationship pattern Parental care through family attachment to independence is 0.229. The results of r square analysis show that 0.886 = 88.6% gives the influence of the position of the child through family attachment to the independence of the child.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the influence: income level, level of education with parenting, income level, education level with children's social behavior, parenting parents with children's social behavior, income level, level of education with children's social behavior through parenting old. Descriptive quantitative research methods and path analysis. The sample of the study was 257 children 5-6 years in 11 TK Sambas District, West Kalimantan, cluster sampling was chosen using the Slovin formula from a population of 684 children in the Kindergarten of Sambas District, West Kalimantan. Data collection uses questionnaires, documentation and observation. The results showed that income levels influence parenting style, education level influences parents' parenting style, income level influences children's social behavior, education level influences children's social behavior, parenting parents influence children's social behavior, parenting parents are an intermediary influence the level of income on children's social behavior and level of education on children's social behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation of learning in kindergarten students. It is a qualitative and multi-site study with data obtained from Mawaddah and Sabilal Muhtadin Integrated Islamic Kindergarten. Research results show that planning Weekly Learning Implementation Plan and Daily Learning Implementation Plan with an academic calendar organized following the Education Office, based on teacher expertise and distributing Standard Operating Procedures. Furthermore, students were grouped according to their habits, age, observation results, and the stage of development for one year. At the implementation stage, teachers were supervised, with learning taught according to the daily learning implementation plan, to meet children's needs and following the themes raised by the daily learning implementation plan. Evaluating the results of child development, with questions asked on the right learning material taught every month, with follow-up improvement to deal with children with special.

Abstract

Learning activities cannot be carried out with optimum results in case teachers have professional competence. Academic supervision by the school principals and professional learning community activities are two of the efforts which are conducted to improve teachers? professionalism competence in Indonesia, especially in kindergarten level. This study aims at finding out the effect of school principal supervision and participation of the kindergarten teachers in Teacher Working Group (TWG), a kind of professional learning community, towards the kindergarten teachers? professional competence. There were 57 kindergarten teachers involved in this study. Data of the study were collected through questionnaire. The collected data from the result of the questionnaire were analyzed using multiple regression statistical analysis. Statistically, the results of the study show that academic supervision of quality achievement conducted by the school principals and teachers? participation in TWG have a significant effect on teachers? professional competence. For this reason, the following suggestions are made: (1) It is necessary for teachers to develop a positive mindset about the benefits of academic supervision; (2) teachers also need to actively participate in TWG activities; and (3) school principals needs to be closer to teachers.
